Notice: PennDot Public Meeting for Minsi Trail & Route 113

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) invites the public to view and offer comment on the plans display for the project to improve safety at

the intersection of Route 113 and Minsi Trail, located in Hilltown Township, Bucks County.

This intersection improvement project will convert the existing Souderton Road (SR 113) and Minsi Trail (SR 4019) intersection, located in Hilltown Township, Bucks County, into a modern roundabout. This project includes reconstruction of the intersection, relocation of conflicting utility facilities, new drainage facilities, and improved highway lighting. To tie the approach roadway into the new roundabout, 150’ to 300’ of approach work is anticipated for each leg of the intersection to replace/install guide rail and provide embankment grading.
