National Medication Take Back Day
Medication Take Back Day is Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 10 am - 2 pm! This year’s Take Back event will feature 46 public collection sites throughout the county. Simply walk or drive up and drop in any unused, unneeded or expired medications for safe disposal. In addition to prescription medications, law enforcement officers will be collecting over-the-counter and pet medications, vitamins, vaping products and more. Click here to view site locations!
If you can't make it on October 28, Hilltown Township Police Department has a Med Return drop box in its lobby. You can drop medications into the box anonymously with no questions asked. The box is routinely emptied and medications promptly turned over for proper disposal.
